肿瘤发生和转移的蛋白质组学研究
采用蛋白质芯片、2D和质谱等技术筛选与肿瘤发生和转移相关的标志蛋白或功能蛋白，并利用分子生物学和细胞生物学等方法，探讨候选蛋白在肿瘤发生和发展中的作用以及分子机制和信号通路，可望为临床肿瘤的预警、诊断、治疗和新药靶筛选提供理论依据。
细胞周期调控的蛋白质组学研究
采用蛋白质组学技术研究细胞不同时相的蛋白质表达谱。筛选与细胞增殖、分化、凋亡相关的功能蛋白并研究其生物学功能。为阐明肿瘤发生机理、控制肿瘤转移及神经系统推行性疾病的治疗提供新的思路。
