研究方向

钙离子通道,钙感受器及钙调控蛋白及其介导的钙信号在肿瘤及心血管疾病中作用的分子机制。利用荧光及钙成像、全细胞膜片钳技术及分子生物学方法,在动物细胞系,急性分离的小鼠细胞及基因敲除小鼠内研究TRP离子通道,L-型钙离子通道,Orai钙离子通道及STIM蛋白的相互作用及其介导钙信号的分子机制。重点研究他们及其介导的钙信号在肿瘤细胞增殖及血管损伤修复过程中的作用的分子机理。
